Shamefully so, I have had Weight watchers online since August 5,2012. But I am now ready to start tracking. Guys since we are doing this together I will share some tips that are on line and from WW. The first cool tip I found was about eating at the work place.
Put a bowl of fruit on your desk. And keep it well stocked. The more color variety in the fruits, the better. Healthy snacks right in front of your eyes, it'll also remind you of the healthy lifestyle you're living.
Stash a week's worth of emergency snacks. fruit (or vegetables) paired with a low-fat protein and/or carb makes a powerhouse snack to keep you going at work. Think fruits plus foods like jerky, low-fat bean dip or string cheese. Restock your food stash every Monday and you’ll be far less tempted to hit the vending machine.
Cook once, brown-bag it several times. Every weekend, plan your lunches for the week and then shop and batch-cook accordingly. Pre-make the lunches so your mornings are as easy as possible. Sandwiches, salads and even leftover dinner make good portable lunches. If you've got your pre-planned, healthy and satisfying lunch with you, you’ll be less tempted to hit the burger place with your coworkers.
Also on Pinterest guys I am going to link the board for healthy living because I cant do to many social networking things you know me and multitasking is not one of my strong suits. I also say that we should implement a positive saying of ourselves each day.Like I like my toes. or I have a twinkle in my eye. Whatever it is we must see ourselves as our heavenly father sees us.
So today I Like that I have one dimple when I smile. Lets try it guys we are beautiful. Lets get it!!!!
